Lake George Village Oktoberfest, October 6-8, 2023

Celebrating its 12th year, the Lake Georg Village Oktoberfest & Fall Festival is a free event for all ages. Held over Columbus Day Weekend in front of Shepard Park, the 3-day celebration transforms Canada Street into a Bavarian-style street fair with German music and dancing, carnival rides, crafts, local artisans, a beer garden, Bavarian food and so much more.

Oktoberfest Food & Brews Festival at Six Flags, August 26-September 24, 2023

Starting on August 26 through September 24, enjoy craft and seasonal brews, German food offerings, live music and fun activities on Saturdays and Sundays in the Fest Area at Six Flags Great Escape. Admission to the park costs $35-40, and add-on Oktoberfest food samplers and souvenir mugs can be purchased for $40-60. Live music performances and events include polka bands, pretzel eating contests, beer slides, yard games and more. Plus, guests have access to Great Escape’s many coasters, rides and attractions.

Adirondack Brewery Oktoberfest Charity Block Party, October 14, 2023

Now in its 17th year, the Adirondack Brewery Oktoberfest is a 21 and over event held at the Adirondack Pub & Brewery on Canada Street in Lake George. Tickets cost $55 in advance, $60 at the door, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks. Enjoy unlimited sampling of beer, wine and cider, a complimentary food voucher for a wide selection of Bavarion food, an Oktoberfest-branded beer stein, games, costume contests and much more from 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 14.

Oktoberfest at Northway Brewing Co., October 21, 2023

On Saturday, October 21, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, the Northway Brewing Co. celebrates Oktoberfest with local brews, ciders, wines and spirits, as well as food vendors and live music from Caity & the Gallaghers. The 21 and over event features nearly 20 Adirondack breweries, as well as cideries, wineries and distilleries, and is held at the Northway Brewing Co., located just south of Lake George on Route 9 in Queensbury. Tickets cost $50 and include unlimited beverage sampling and a complimentary glass.
